PACE Program Roles – Expanding Community-Based Care
Our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is growing, and we're hiring talented individuals to lead and support this essential initiative for aging patients in Arkansas:
- Center Manager - PACE: Oversee the daily operations of the PACE center, coordinating care for participants and leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Dietitian - PACE (Hot Springs): Provide medical nutrition therapy and wellness support to PACE participants.
- PACE Transportation Manager: Lead transportation services and ensure safe, timely transport for all participants.
- CNA I - PACE (Hot Springs): Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities for elderly participants in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Specialty and Clinical Tech Roles
- Registered Polysomnographic Tech | Sleep Disorder Center: Help diagnose and treat sleep-related conditions through overnight sleep studies and respiratory assessments.
- Medical Sonographer | Fort Smith | Outpatient Imaging: Perform diagnostic ultrasounds and assist with guiding care decisions in a supportive outpatient setting.
